We met in 1990 at castleton state college. Two months later you had your nickname. We both drove 2 of the worst vehicles on campus, but your mustang with the rear louvres had much more style! We became friends with common interests and spent many a day and night getting into trouble.
I washed dishes for you on killington when you were just starting out your chef career. You were loved by every single one of your college friends and every single one of them has a specific “”mel” story! You were the kind of guy that was quietly unmistakable.
That raspy laugh ill never forget.
There are too many stories from college to put here but you were always in the middle of them.
