Scott's obituary
Scott Sheeran, 62, of Morganville, New Jersey passed away on the morning of January 28th, 2025.
He was born on October 16th, 1962, to Lee and Wanda Sheeran and was a graduate of Marlboro High School, class of 1980. Although he was a career electrician, his true passion was music. He was a multitalented musician and songwriter, having played guitar, bass, keyboard and performed vocals for four different bands – Saffire, Sidewinder, Flight, Syre and Hung Jury – over a 30-year musical career. He loved to laugh, spend time with his family, and of course, listen and play music.
He is survived by his parents, Lee and Wanda, his sisters, Laurie and Leslie, his son, Eric, his daughter, Amy, and his grandson, Connor. He is additionally survived by three nephews, two nieces, four great nephews and four great nieces, with whom he loved to spend time.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, February 3rd from 4 – 8 PM at Waitt Funeral Home, 501 Highway 79, Morganville, NJ.
