Scott Michael Ravagni

July 2, 1953 – August 24, 2025

Scott Michael Ravagni, of Portland, Oregon, passed away peacefully on August 24, 2025, at the age of 72.

Born on July 2, 1953, Scott was raised in Portland and attended Washington High School. He lived life his own way, with a love for westerns, a lifelong passion for The Beatles, and a spirit that was uniquely his.

He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Debra Ravagni; his parents, Americo “Sonny” Ravagni and Shirley Ann Ravagni; his sister, Dianne Doyle; and his brother, Jim Ravagni.

Scott spent 15 years devoted to caring for Debra through her illness. He was a true sports fan, especially of baseball, football and basketball, and he never passed up a cool beer. Known for his sharp aim at the pool table, he earned a reputation as a pool shark, and he was also an enthusiastic golfer who enjoyed time on the course.

He is survived by his daughter, Amy Ravagni Kimmons; his stepdaughter, Samantha Lynn Johnson; his brother, Pete Ravagni; his grandchildren, Christiana Sanchez, Stephenie Sisler, and Jordan Steigman; and his great-grandchildren, Avery, Aviana, Roman, Oliver, and Ozzie.

Scott passed peacefully and will be remembered for his independence, humor, and the way he lived life on his own terms.
