We have also had a "go fund me" page asking for any donations for Scott's burial but I don't have many contacts over the internet to help spread the news. So Im hoping this will help. The cemetery has informed us that there is an additional charge of 1,275 for what they called an internment and his name plate. So I've had to take 1,275 from the funeral home account to pay for the unexpected charge of the cemetery. This is so very important to us because Scott has been at Crown funeral home since he has passed back on Feb. 24th. I couldn't feel any worse about not being able to lay him to rest. The funeral home has made it perfectly clear (several times) that they will not do anything until I have the full amount.
So my hands have been completely tied. We've had this Memorial fund going on for quite some time. I know everyone is hurting financially and I am so sorry for having to ask but I don't know what else to do. I have to lay him too rest. Please, please help. Anything would be of the greatest appreciation.
He would have done anything for anyone whether he knew them or not. He was such a generous/kind and caring man. He would have made anyone laugh just so they would feel better for that instant. The family is hurting so much knowing that he's still at the funeral home. Scott couldn't pass anyone up holding a sign for help without digging into his pockets. Please help me to bury Scott. He is being missed so much. The love here is so tremendous... Contribute
