Scott's obituary

Scott Alan Tomc passed away peacefully on Sunday, October 2, 2022, at St. Luke’s Hospital in Kansas City, MO at the age of 55.

Scott was born January 30, 1967, in Kansas City, KS to Daniel and Karen Tomc. He was a graduate of St. Pius X High School with the class of 1985. He married Lynn Laudel Tomc on August 14, 1993. He spent his professional career as a salesman in a variety of different fields where he showed his ability to sell almost anything and give a lasting impression on all he ran across. Scott Tomc had many hobbies but enjoyed nothing more than making people laugh.

Scott is survived by his wife Lynn; and his two children Kyle (Lizzie) and Marianna; his parents Dan and Karen Tomc; his siblings Melanie (Kent), Bernie, Kevin (Liz), and Kimberlie; as well as many close in-laws, nieces, and nephews.

All family and friends whose lives were touched by Scott are invited to attend his services to reminisce on the memories he left us with. Visitation will be 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. with the Rosary at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, October 6, at St. Patrick's Catholic Church, 1357 NE 42nd Terrace, Kansas City, MO 64116. The Funeral Mass will be 9:00 a.m. on Friday, October 7, at St. Andrew the Apostle Catholic Church, 6415 NE Antioch Road, Gladstone, MO 64119 (Please Note Venue Change). Burial will follow at White Chapel Memorial Gardens.
