Scott with Kyle and Paul with Jenna and Amelia occasionally left our subdivision around the same time. On the mornings they arrived at the neighborhood entrance simultaneously, a race to school ensued. It was a no holds barred event using various routes and parking lots. Once at school, Kyle and the girls jumped out of the cars raced to the front doors of the school. I loved hearing about these adventures when they all got into school all out of breath, even though I had to show righteous indignation about the dangers of car racing. 😂
Great memories are made with great people. ❤️

Scotty Scott was truly one-of- a kind! He was a very special friend to me and many people. Even though we needled each other often, he possessed a tender and serious side as well. He laughed a lot, (made others laugh A LOT), worked hard, gave freely, thought deeply, and loved much—— my classroom rules; Scott was an inquisitive and incredible soul who will be greatly missed!
