Scott A. Smith, 52, of Billings, Mt. died unexpectedly on Nov. 6, 2021. His loss was completely unexpected and the family is shocked and deeply saddened. Scott was born on Nov. 6, 1969 to James D. Smith & Velva M. Smith in Billings, Mt. Scott attended Shepherd High School. After high school, he worked as a welder through the International Brotherhood of Boilermakers Chapter 11.
