I am so sorry to hear of your loss.   I worked very closely with Schelly for many years at TxDOT.   She was a wonderful person with a strong work ethic and strong faith.   I feel sure she is with Christ now.  I wish I could attend her memorial but I am out of the country.   God bless you all and give you peace!!!!     Cathy Oatman Floyd.
