Saundra attended Anne Arundel Public Schools and graduated from Annapolis Senior High School in 1968. Afterward, she worked for the Anne Arundel County Board of Education for 42 years before retiring. Saundra was a member of the Peerless Rens Social Club as a Rennette and attended her family church, Mt. Zion United Methodist Church for many years.

Saundra was a warm and joyful person with an infectious laugh. She had a zest for life that brought joy to everyone around her. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, reading, shopping, attending shows, and traveling. Saundra was a "people" person who never let grass grow under her feet. She was determined and had a strong will to accomplish anything she set her mind to. Her passion for exotic fishkeeping and grooming plants was well-known to her friends and family. She also loved to bake and cook, with crabcakes and shrimp being two of her favorite foods.

Saundra was a beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend. She was preceded in death by her parents, James A. Wallace and Alice S. Wallace, and her sisters, Joan D. Lipscomb, and Helen E. Wallace. She leaves to cherish her loving memory her daughter, Michelle Isaac, her granddaughter, Nybree Booze, her grandson, Rakeem Owens, her brother, Claudius Wallace, Sr.(Barbara), her sister, Antoinette Wallace, and her great-grandsons, Jeremiah Owens, Jaiden Owens, and Josiah Owens. She also leaves behind a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.

Saundra will always be remembered for her sense of humor and ability to make others laugh. Her memory will leave a lasting impression of joy and love for all who were fortunate enough to have known her. Stories of her adventures will be shared for generations to come.
