Vivian, 57, of Mansfield died unexpectedly on September 18, 2021  from a battle with the Covid Pandemic. Her loss was completely unexpected, and falling on the very day after the loss of her husband Josh, the family is shocked and deeply saddened.

Vivian was born on October 27 1968 to Lawrence and  Wanda Ackerman(nee Pugit) in Denver, Colorado . Vivian attended Denver East High School and was passionate about Home Economics. After graduating high school, Vivian moved to Crossville, Tennessee.

She worked as a waitress at Lefty's Barbecue for 19 years, where she met her husband.

Vivian also spent time as a Babysitter.

Anyone who knew Vivian, knew that she was adventurous. She had an immense passion for watching races and hunting and was always a source of positivity. Vivian’s family and friends will miss her more than words can say.
