Sarah Tracey Briden, age 15, passed away on October 15th, 2015 in Lake Orion Michigan. Sarah was a loving and sweet 15-year-old girl. Daughter to Marc and Kathleen, sister to Margaret. Sarah started playing soccer when she was only four years old! She was in love with the game of soccer and put in a lot of time and effort into becoming a better player and teammate. Sarah also tried playing other sports such as volleyball and basketball, but soccer kept calling her back. Soccer wasn't just a hobby for Sarah. It was her life. She breathed soccer, and her goal was to play and also receive a scholarship to play at a college. Sarah's dream college to attend was The University of Michigan. Her father, Marc, attended The University of Michigan and pushed her to try hard and do well in school so that she could enter U of M. Sarah also enjoyed spending time with her family and making her friends days better. She was known for her bright and glowing smile that would light up an entire room. Sarah was also known and will be remembered for her incredible work ethic. If Sarah put her mind to something, nothing could stop her. Her light will live on with her family and friends, and she will always be remembered. Sarah touched the lives of so many people, and she will be unbearably missed. The family will receive friends from 2-8pm on October 19th at Pixley Funeral Home in Rochester, Michigan.
