Sara ultimately passed away from Lewy body dementia. The Lewy Body Dementia Association is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to raising awareness of the Lewy body dementias, supporting people with this condition as well as their families and caregivers, and promoting scientific advances.
