Sandra Beth Woodmansee, 85, of Newington, Connecticut, passed away peacefully on Sunday, December 21, 2025. Born May 31, 1940, she was the daughter of Henry and Alma Hill and the youngest of four siblings—Loretta, Oliver, and Althea—all of whom preceded her in death.

Sandra was baptized as one of Jehovah’s Witnesses on July 4, 1950, and faithfully served for 75 years, most recently as part of the Newington Congregation.

She met her beloved husband, Dave Woodmansee, at a wedding. Their love story continued with an engagement and marriage in Columbia, Connecticut. They enjoyed visiting Rocky Neck Beach, relaxing and swimming in their pool, and polka dancing. They shared many wonderful years together until Dave’s passing on February 3, 2024, just shy of their 40th wedding anniversary.

Sandra will be remembered for her unwavering faith and generous kindness. She was devoted to the ministry and to sharing her hope with others. She leaves behind her nephews, Brian Fuss and Andrew Fuss; her niece, Cheri Lipham; and several great-nieces and great-nephews.

A memorial service will be held at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses in Newington, Connecticut, on Saturday, January 17, 2026, at 1:00 p.m.
