I remember Sandra and Ernie as the most loving, happy and faithful people I have ever had the joy of knowing. Ernie was my cousin and I grew up with their family (MY family). Sandra was always a delight to be around. They are greatly missed.

Our church was invited to do a program on Prime Time TV in the mid-90s. Our praise team sang a few songs and Sandra did a special number with a soundtrack. Prime Time was a live broadcast so there were no retakes! The soundtrack stopped playing in the studio, but Sandra never missed a beat. She kept singing, and if memory serves me well, when the sound came back on, she was right with the track!! All I recall is that she finished the song s as though nothing had happened.  Amazing and gifted she was!!!
