Last year we lost my mom to a brain cancer. We were so lucky to have so many good years before then; in her last days, we were gathered around her, recounting our many adventures and memories. Sandra Kay Thieme passed away on Thursday, September 29th 2022 in York, PA. She was born June 20th, 1939 in Indianapolis Indiana to Kenneth and Sue Osborne. She leaves behind her husband of 59 years, Norbert Thieme, and daughters Heather and Lisa Thieme, and her grandchildren, Alessandra, Tyler, Kyle and Nathan. 

Sandy was a teacher, a great cook, and made the most amazing breads and cakes. She had a green thumb with a deep knowledge …
