Sandra Ramirez, age 78, of Hermosillo, Sonora, Mexico, passed away on September 4, 2023, in Reno, NV. She was born on August 8, 1945. Sandra was a loving mother, grandmother, and talented seamstress.

In her lifetime, Sandra cultivated a passion for cooking and sewing, which she shared generously with family and friends. She was known for her craftsmanship in fashion and her expertise enriched the lives of those around her as a seamstress.

Surviving children of Sandra Ramirez are Robert Ramirez, Cristian Ramirez, Alejandra Lopez, and Jesus Ramirez. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Carlos Ramirez, Robert Jr. Ramirez, Aniessa Ramirez, and Angel Ramirez. Sandra was predeceased by her spouse, Antonio Ramirez, and grandchild, Christian Ramirez.

Sandra's career spanned several decades. She worked at Uniformes, Ropa, Y Arreglos from 1965 to 1995 and later owned Ramirez Custom Tailor from 2000 to 2010, retiring soon after.

Sandra worshiped at Catedral de Hermosillo and Community of Christ.

Her hobbies included sewing, cooking, reading, dancing, camping, and gardening. She found joy and fulfillment in these activities throughout her life.

A funeral service will be held at 4:00 PM on Saturday, September 23rd, 2023, at La Paloma Funeral Services in Reno, Nevada.

Sandra Ramirez will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all those who had the pleasure of knowing her. Her legacy as a skilled seamstress, her warm-hearted nature, and kind soul will forever be cherished in the Light of God.
