It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Sandra "Sandy" Morris. Born on March 19, 1956, Sandy bid this world farewell on August 14, 2025. She was a woman of great strength and perseverance, always confronting challenges head-on. She was fondly known as "Sandra," and those closest to her will remember that warmly.

Sandra's legacy is as endearing as it's awe-inspiring. A loving mother to five children, her most cherished role was that of a mother and grandmother. She doted on her grandchildren and reveled in the joy of becoming a great-grandmother. One of her greatest accomplishments remained her commitment to herself.

The lesson she imparted most was the importance of stability. Her unyielding spirit saw her through numerous challenges, a testament to her fortitude. In her final days, she made noble efforts to mend any strained relationships within her family, further solidifying her remembrance as a woman of love, strength, and perseverance. 

Sandra is survived by her adoring daughter, Bobbi Morris, who remembers her mother with utmost respect and affection. Bobbi and the entire family will sorely miss Sandra's loving presence and the impact she has made on their lives.

We invite those who loved Sandra to join us in celebrating her life. A funeral service will be held on August 29, 2025, at 4:00 PM in Chicago. Following the service, a burial ceremony will take place on September 1, 2025, at 3:30 PM in Chicago. Your presence will be a comfort during this difficult time and an honor to Sandra's memory.

As we grieve her loss, we also celebrate her life, remembering Sandra for the remarkable woman she was. Her lessons, love, and resilience continue to reverberate in the hearts of those who knew her. Sandra Morris was, without a doubt, a woman of resolute strength and enduring love.
