Sandra's obituary

Sandra (Sandy) Hall, 79, of San Tan Valley, Arizona, passed away peacefully on November 4, 2025.

Sandy was born on September 2, 1946, in San Bernardino, California, to Paul Howard Gordon and Marie Therese Leibert. She married her sweetheart, Charles Hall Jr., on April 2, 1967, and together they raised three daughters. Sandy and Chuck shared more than fifty years of marriage filled with love, laughter, and devotion.

In her early years, Sandy worked as a dental assistant before dedicating herself to raising her family and pursuing her creative passions. Together, she and Chuck first owned and operated The Hall Closet, a comic book and trading card shop, and later a scrapbooking store of the same name. Their shared love for creativity and community touched many lives.

Sandy had a special talent for crafting and sewing, and she took joy in creating handmade gifts for friends and family. Her nieces, nephews, and their children will always remember the thoughtful gifts she made and the love she put into each one.

She is survived by her children, Christine (Casey) Reich and Virginia (Edward) Stockwell, and by her siblings Georgia (Mike) Sercl, Lori (Randy) Lee, Mike (Cindy) Gordon, and Mary (John) Herman.

She is preceded in death by her husband Charles Hall Jr., her daughter Sandra Michelle Hall, and her brother John Henry Gordon.

Sandy will be laid to rest beside Chuck at Riverside National Cemetery in Riverside, California, a national military cemetery that honors the service and sacrifice of United States veterans and their families.

A celebration of Sandy’s life will be held on Fri, Jan 23, 2026, in Riverside, California, where family and friends will gather to honor her memory.

Sandy will be remembered for her warmth, creativity, and the love she shared so freely with everyone around her. Her kindness and joyful spirit will continue to live on through the many lives she touched.
