Sandy and I met on the internet - we used to go walking in the arboretum and our friendship grew from there - I miss her so much

I don’t believe that I ever had the pleasure or honor to meet Sandy in person however, I feel like I knew her so well through her beloved sister and my very long time dear friend, Linda. I cannot imagine, pain, losing my sibling, a child, a spouse, but my heart is heavy, and my deepest condolences, thoughts, and prayers are going out to my dear friend Linda, and her family, and all the others who loved Sandy dearly. May God bless you all, wrap you in His arms, and give you comfort with all the wonderful memories of Sandy.

Love and big hugs,

Margaret Neidhart

I'm so sorry for your loss. I met Sandy when she pet sat for my neighbors Jill and Kim. We had an amazing conversation. She showed me her art. She was so special. Just in the few times I was able to talk with her, I was so touched by her kindness. Sending love and comfort to your family.

My condolences to Sandy's family. I first met Sandy  in the Houston neighborhood of Woodcrest.  She loved to connect with the local community, and was an advocate of preserving the original Sears Craftsman homes built in the early twentieth century.  I would talk to her about our mutual love of dogs.  She was a kind and friendly neighbor who I will miss.  I last stopped by her house and spoke with her and her mother.  We talked briefly about welding as she was friends of Scrap Daddy, a local welding artist.   She had retired and was enjoying life to the fullest.  Sorry that she left us so soon however,  I am sure she is in a better place free from cancer!  Fly with the angels Sandy!

Sincerely,

Eric Richardson

I met Sandy years ago, as we lived in adjoining neighborhoods. I knew of her love of animals, being outdoors and that she was a kind person. Didn’t realize her athleticism and like myself her travel adventures. It was my pleasure to have known her and she shall be missed! ❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹🌺💐
