On June 27th, in the early morning, Sandra Hultgren-Golino entered into eternal rest with her husband by her side. Knowing Sandra was like knowing sunshine. She always had a smile on her face and the most warm welcoming presence. She would never cease to go out of her way to help anyone in need or be a friend to the friendless. If you knew Sandra you knew that she was unwaveringly optimistic, compassionate, that she loved all creatures big and small and was truly one of the kindest souls you would ever get to know. She worked many years as a home-health aide for the elderly and disabled before ending her career working at an assisted living and care facility. She will be greatly missed by all that had the privilege to know her as she brightened any room she entered. She is survived by her loving husband Brian Golino, Her daughter and son in law Karissa and Frankie Pereira, Her parents Linda and Raymond Hultgren, Her two brothers Jason Hultgren and Raymond Hultgren Jr, and her sister Deborah Dixon as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends. She was predeceased by her son Tim Curtis, her maternal grandparents Frank and Edith Coterwas, her paternal grandparents Margaret and Albin Hultgren and her brother in-law Michael Dixon. Memorial service to be held at St. Sebastian’s hall in Ansonia, CT on Sunday July 14, 2024 at 1:00pm.
