The last time we spent with Sandy was at our annual cookie swap party in December 2020. This is an event loved by everyone including Sandy. There is usually 12-15 bakers, each person bakes a chosen cookie of their choice and then brings them to exchange with others. We play games, prizes are given, delicious food and desserts are served. It's a fun afternoon shared by all.  When it came to Christmas carols, movies or trivia you wanted Sandy on your team! Just like the other bakers, she couldn't wait to get her invitation-first RSVP is one of the prizes given. She loved this annual tradition and was so grateful to her daughter-n-law Gina, for not only baking her chosen 8 dozen cookies, but also baking her 8 dozen too. Sandy won top prizes of Best Tasting Cookie and Overall Best Cookie a couple times too! She loved winning prizes, but would try and give her to someone who didn't win. We will miss her kindness, smile and laughter. May she rest in peace-Dana, Eileen and Moe Martell
