Sandra's obituary
12/03/1952- 10/08/2020
Sandra was born December of 1952 to Luisa Rodriguez and Manuel Bayron in Brooklyn New York. Although her legal given name was Sandra, she grew to be best known as a best friend to her sister, and by her favorite name and role as “Titi”.
As a devout Roman Catholic raised in Brooklyn, Titi (Sandra) lived her life as a loyal daughter and sister. She was best known for her vivacious personality and zest for life. She was a dedicated and natural born care taker both professionally and personally, taking tremendous pride in caring for both her mother and her father, helping usher them both beautifully to their heavenly resting place.
Sandra was a woman who loved, and loved fiercely. Nothing on earth was more important to her than family, and those she grew to love like family. Whether it be a life long friend or a family member,Sandra would always have a heart full of love waiting for you. You could always count on her to be ready with words of faith in God, encouragement, and unconditional support. No matter the circumstances, you always knew she would be there for you.
Sandra was incredibly creative and had a passion for crafting, especially needle point and knitting as well as Doll collecting. Her creations were beautiful and she took incredible pride in showing and sharing her work. If arts and crafts weren’t for you, she was sure to win you over with her love for cooking and sharing the hundreds of recipes tucked safely away both in her memories and in one of the many notebooks she used to later pass down to her sister, nieces and nephews. When she was finished creating art work and feeding your soul with traditional puerto rican food, you were guaranteed to end the night with tales of her adventures and travels. From stories of all her journeys through the city, to her most prized memories visiting family in Indiana she always had a tale to tell and a laugh to share.
Beyond her many earthly talents, the things that should be remembered most about her is this. She was the most incredible human. In heaven or on earth no one could ever love and care for you the way Sandra Bayron did- She will always love unconditionally and her genuine kindness could never be forgotten. She was fair, thoughtful, genuine, loving, respected, funny, vibrant, determined, dedicated, loyal, hard working, selfless, and most importantly faithful to her Lord and Savior. Her sister Miriam was her very best friend and in many ways her reason for living. Their adventures through life were hilarious and times and heart breaking at others, but the time was always meaningful and cherished no matter the occasion. The bond and love created between these two sisters is one that could never be duplicated. She truly taught those around her what it meant to be a kind and caring person, and just how to strive to be a better human every day. Her overflowing love, hugs, kisses, and calls will be thought of daily, and missed every second of eternity. There is no doubt Sandra is resting peacefully with her Lord and savior Jesus Christ, watching over us all and guiding us through life from above exactly as she would have on earth.
