Samuel Leandrew Williams Jr., aged 67, passed away on November 16, 2024, in Chesapeake, Va. Born on December 18, 1956, Sam (Also known by many as “Skip”) was known for his larger than life laughter, his ability to work a room with his stories and smile, and his strong desire to live life on his own terms.
Samuel served in the Navy in 1974 at the age of 17, and if you knew him well …
