Dad one of my favorite memories with you is cooking Thanksgiving dinner together. You were such an amazing cook. I will forever miss your phone calls. I love you so much. Rest Easy Dad
I miss u Sammy. Been married 35 years. Don’t know what I’m gonna do without u. U were my best friend who I always talked to. Rip my love until we meet again.
Samuel was a dear friend to my family; he never met a stranger, he befriended everyone, and helped anyone he could. Samuel will be very missed, including his amusement.

Sammy sat in my dining room painting as he loved to do. He painted a scenery of a country setting in the fall. Trees and a field with a picket fence. He looked at me and smiled as I worked on my piece diligently. He seemed at ease with his brush stroking away at the canvas. Completely immersed in his work and contempt with life. Moments like these are few and far between. I was blessed to experience this softer side of Sammy. The passionate and driven side. I will cherish this memory and go back to it often in the future.
