Samuel Jay Hughes Sr. 49 Years of age passed away on January 2, 2023 in Sabastian, Florida. 

Sharon Brocato Dressler, Sam's girlfriend, was at his side.

Sam is survived by his two children: Samuel Jay Hughes Jr. and Shaina Hughes

Grandchildren: Marley and Alice

Jimmy Howard Hughes Sr. is Sam's father.

Melody Sue Hughes Sam's mother who is deceased October 7, 2021

Sam is also survived by his sister Denise Hughes and his  brothers

Sam Will be missed by nieces and nephews, Aunts, Uncles, and cousins.

He is also survived by his Texas friends Cody Ford and Robert Carter.

Sam was born and raised in Texas. He moved to GA where he raised his Children when he was a young man. He loved not only his children, but he had love for everyone who knew him.

Sam's favorite past time was spending quality time with his friends, family, jamming on his drums, and riding his motorcycle.

Sam is very much loved and missed by so many people. His memories and his love will always remain in our hearts.

May You Rest in Peace Brother.
