Samuel's obituary
It is with profound sadness we announce the passing of Samuel Billingsley. Born on September 27, 1966, Samuel departed from this life on September 15, 2023. A man of great honor and integrity, his presence brought joy and comfort to all who knew him. His profession was long haul trucking for many years and also became an instructor and dispatcher. He never met a stranger he couldn't talk to, and never encountered a subject that he didn't know anything about.
Samuel's resilient spirit, wisdom, and infectious laughter will be carried forward by his children, Anthony Watkins, Amber Hill, Victoria Whorton, Anna Gray. His legacy of love and kindness will forever live on in our hearts.
