Sampson T. Winfield, 59, of Troy, Michigan, passed away on December 2, 2022. He was born on May 15, 1963, in Lahore, Pakistan. Sampson's passing has left a void in the hearts of his loved ones and the community he was a part of.

A funeral service will be held to honor Sampson's memory. The service will be conducted by Masjid Madinatul Islam (MMI) at their location in Westland, MI. The ceremony will begin with the performance of Ghusal at MMI at 10:30 am. Following the Ghusal, Sampson's janazah will be brought to the Muslim Community of Western Suburbs (MCWS) for salatul janazah at 12 pm. The community will then gather for salatul janazah after dhuhar salah at 2 pm at MCWS. The burial will take place at Sunset Hills Cemetery in Superior Township, MI.

Masjid Madinatul Islam in Westland, MI, will be assisting with the funeral arrangements for Sampson T. Winfield. Their support during this difficult time is greatly appreciated by Sampson's family and friends.
