Background
Mom's family; the Howells, were one of the well known families here in Rome, Ga. The last of the Howell grocery stores was taken down only a year or two ago. Mom has always wanted to preserve the memories and history of the little town that has now grown into a beautiful thriving city for so many wonderful families.
