1/16/24 Samidha texted asking if I’m coming to MN soon, and offering to spend time with my daughter Izzy if I couldn’t make it. Meera, you and Izzy were supposed to meet up last year, then the tropical storm canceled my flight! The year prior, we were to meet up with Samidha and Meera when they came to look at colleges in Miami.

The last time I hugged Samidha was in Georgia. So many miles apart, but always my friend. Thanks again for the Diddy Kong Nintendo game you sent my son Emerson in 2003.

I met Samidha in 1988 as her roommate in the U of M dorm. Later we rented a place in Dinkytown together. We had so much fun, even doing aerobics on the dance floor, yes we really did that. But then she broke her hip walking down the sidewalk after skiing all day, and had to move home in a full cast. Sorry Sam, here I told you to tell everyone you broke it skiing, and now the cat is out of the bag lol.  

I loved Samidha, she was a true soulmate to me, and that is a treasure to last a lifetime. Meera, I would still love to connect anytime 941-786-8981 Kelly.
