[Samantha ], [24], of [tyler tx ] died unexpectedly on [date] from injuries sustained in [type of accident]. [His/her] loss was completely unexpected and the family is shocked and deeply saddened.

[Samantha ] was born on [june 3,]  attended [john Tyler  and was passionate about family . After graduating high school, [Samatha moved to [San Antonio ] worked as a [nurse ] at [etmc ] for 3 years  and was Anyone who knew Samantha , knew that she  was [kind/loving/caring/warm/brilliant/awesome/wonderful]. she] had an immense passion for [nursing ] and was always a source of positivity. Samanthas family and friends will miss [her] more than words can say.
