It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of Samantha Davis, who left us on May 12, 2023. Born on February 7, 1989 in Birmingham Alabama, Samantha was a source of love, light, and joy to everyone who knew her. She is survived by her loving parents, Mary and James Davis, sister Tabatha Wallace, brother Austin Wallace, and a host of other family and friends who will forever cherish their memories of Samantha.

A funeral service for Samantha will be held on May 17, 2023, at 11:00 AM at Peoples Chapel Funeral Home. Prior to the service, a viewing will be held on May 17, 2023, at 10:00 AM at the same location, providing an opportunity for family and friends to pay their final respects.

Known for her friendly and caring nature, Samantha had an uncanny ability to make everyone around her feel welcome and loved. One of her guiding principles in life was "Love thy neighbor," a lesson that she embodied and shared with those fortunate enough to have known her.

Among her many accomplishments, Samantha graduated college with honors, demonstrating her intelligence and determination to succeed. However, it is her legacy of love and kindness that will forever remain in the hearts of those she touched.

Samantha's warm presence, unwavering love, and gentle spirit will be dearly missed by all her family and friends. As we mourn her loss, let us remember her life and the countless ways in which she enriched ours. May her memory live on in the love and kindness we share with one another.
