Sallyann's obituary

In Loving Memory of Sallyann DeCarlo

Sallyann DeCarlo, age 71, passed away peacefully on September 18, 2025, at a hospice facility.

Sallyann was the beloved wife and best friend of Ronnie DeCarlo. Together they shared 24 beautiful years of marriage and 39 years of partnership filled with love, laughter, and devotion.

Born and raised in South Philadelphia, Sallyann built a life full of energy and connection. She spent many years as a casino dealer in Atlantic City, where her outgoing personality and bright spirit touched countless lives. After retiring 20 years ago, she continued to live life with the same warmth and joy that defined her.

A proud member of Epiphany of Our Lord Church in Philadelphia, Sallyann lived her faith through kindness and care for others. She will forever be remembered for her infectious smile, her fun-loving nature, and the unconditional love she shared with family, friends, and everyone who was fortunate enough to cross her path.

She is survived by her husband Ronnie, and her cherished nieces Florence, Carla, and Mia.

A celebration of Sallyann’s life will be held at a future date, where her family and friends will gather to honor her memory and the love she gave so freely.
