Sally Jo Donaldson, age 73, of Anchorage, Alaska, formerly of Marine City, left this world unexpectedly on December 16, 2024. Sally was born in St. Clair on December 27, 1950 to the late Robert and Bernice Shermanhorn. Sally graduated from Marine City High School in 1969. Sally loved spending time with her family and was an avid dog lover. After raising her children, she packed up and started a new adventure in Alaska, where she lived the past 25 years. Sally was a loving mother, grandmother, sister and friend. She is survived by her children Marcus and Jason (Melissa) Sadlowski. Grandchildren Ava, Bella, Kane and Reeva Sadlowski. She is also survived by brothers Robert Donaldson, Mike Donaldson, Jim Donaldson, Craig Currier, Jerry Currier, Scott Currier, John Currier, Tony Currier and her sister Lisa Currier. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
