Sahlena Elan Blackwell-Jacobs, age 22, passed away on Tuesday, December 17, 2019. She was born on November 3, 1997 in Camden, NJ to Philip Blackwell and La'Toya Pinckney. She graduated from Williamstown High School on June 13, 2016. She was and Executive Administrative Assistant at the William J. Hughes Technical Center located in Pomona, NJ. Sahlena lived life to the fullest and had an uncanny ability to reach people in a deep and positive way. …
