Ryan Allen Harper, 37, of Hartwell, GA died unexpectedly on February 15, 2021. His loss was completely unexpected, and his family and friends are heartbroken.

Ryan was born on May 5, 1983 to Chris Harper and Judy Harper in Anderson, SC. Ryan attended Hart County High School and then graduated from North Georgia Technical College with a degree in Turf and Golf Course Management.
