Ryan was born October 18, 2013 to parents Niki and Scott Collins in Quincy, IL. He is survived by his parents, 3 siblings, grandparents, several aunts, uncles and cousins.
A private ceremony will be held at Hendricker Funeral Home on Monday August, 9th in Mt. Sterling, IL.
