I am so saddened to find out of Ruthe's passing. She was so lovely and warm and we have many great memories of her when we stayed at our vacation home in Bend, Oregon right next to her and Curt. We enjoyed visiting with her and always learned something new from her. We will remember her forever and hope the sweet memories of her brings comfort to Curt, her daughter and family. 

Oh, what a loss we endure losing Ruthe! All the words that come to mind depict the very best of humanity: kind, thoughtful, humble, loving, generous, empathic. I could go on and on. Ruthe became like family to me. I never had a sister, instead I found her. Lucky me! Never a harsh word did I hear from her lips. Laughter was always present at just the right time. Most of all, she taught me to be a better wife. Her words of wisdom will echo in my soul until we meet in the afterlife. God blesses her now and keeps her comfortably in his arms. Well a few weeks later and now I am sending condolences to you . Lots of happy memories with her and Uncle Curt. It’s hard when we lose good people, but I know for a fact she is still with you.
