Ruthann Allen, 72, passed away on April 30, 2023, in Long Beach, California. She was born on October 6, 1950, in Poughkeepsie, New York. Ruthann attended East Leyden High School and later worked as a corporate flight attendant.

Ruthann was an active member of the Norwalk Women's Club and enjoyed giving tours at the historic Harvey House. She was a loving wife to her late husband, Wesley E., and mother to three sons. Sadly, she was preceded in death by two of her sons, Zachary Allen and Charles Cecela. Her third son, Nathan Otteson, resides in Florida.

Memorial services for Ruthann will be held at Destiny Funeral home on Sunday, May 7, 2023. The viewing will take place from 10am to 12pm, followed by graveside services at 1pm. Ruthann will be buried at Destiny Funeral home.
