Ruth "Grammy" Rowse a retired school teacher and beloved mother, grandmother and friend passed away peacefully , surrounded by her family and loved ones on April 12th 2023 at the age of 87. Proceeded in death by her daughter Phyllis Kercher and survived by her children Jamie Rowse-Charles, Jay Rowse, Michelle Rowse, Son In Law Chris Kercher and Timothy Charles.
