Ruth Ann Proudfoot, 94, passed away on May 05, 2022, at Wellmore in Tega Cay, South Carolina, surrounded by her friends and family.
Ruth Ann, born on February 19, 1928 to Alvin Christian Shumm and Thyra Vivian Shumm in Carthage Indiana, immediately brought joy and laughter into the world. Ruth Ann went on to graduate from Arsenal Technical High School in 1946 as an honor student. Her academic prowess earned her a scholarship to pursue …
