Memorial services for Ruth Ellen Foster Kellogg of Bloomingdale, MI, are pending. Mrs. Kellogg, 84, died peacefully at her home on Sept. 22.

Mrs. Kellogg was born in St. Louis, MO, on January 10, 1941, the eldest child of George J. and Dorothy Dillon Foster. She attended public schools in Missouri and Texas and worked for Monsanto Corp. for several years. She was a devoted homemaker to her two children, David and Leslie.

Mrs. Kellogg was predeceased by her parents, husband Paul Kellogg, daughter Leslie Cohen, sister Carmen Randolph and two brothers, George (Joe) Foster and Jarrett (Jarry) Foster. She is survived by one brother John Foster of Carthage, TX, her son David Latimer and his wife Sandra of Allegan, four grandchildren, Nova Latimer and Kalee Latimer and Max Cohen and Ilana Cohen, plus numerous nieces and nephews.

A memorial service is planned for a later date.
