Rusty Warren Parrott was born on November 4th, 1962, to Pene and Roger Parrott and has parted this world on June 15th, 2025. Rusty is survived by his Fathers Wayne Hammock & Roger Parrott, brothers Randy Parrott, Rob Parrott, Randy Hammock, and William Hammock. His children Karma Flinkfelt, Nicolette Flinkfelt, Daniel Flinkfelt, Brittany Crespo, Cydney Monk, Casey Parrott, and Colby Parrott. And his grandchildren Arissa, Savanah, Solace, Dylan, Bailey, Jovie, Kalena, Kyson, June, Haidyn, Cassidy, Madison, Lyllian, Cameron, and Aniya.

Rusty was born and raised between Seattle and Tacoma, Washington. He first married Collette, and together they had three children. Later in life, Rusty married Melissa Monk and expanded his family with her. He embraced Brittany as a bonus daughter and welcomed Cydney, Casey, and Colby into the world.

After undergoing a life-altering surgery that left him unable to work, Rusty turned to writing—a lifelong love of his. He authored a book titled Born Again Sinner and continued to express himself through long, heartfelt, and often humorous text messages to his family, filled with his signature flair for words.

Rusty had a big heart and a generous spirit. He was always willing to help others—offering a place to stay, providing financial support, or finding something he thought someone else could use. He gave freely, without hesitation.

Rusty found joy in music, a good game of dice, having a drink, and—most of all—being surrounded by the people he loved. His life was defined by connection, compassion, and an unmistakable presence that will be deeply missed.
