Russell Howard Strickland, age 70, of Cleveland, Georgia passed away on Wednesday, January 25, 2023.

Mr. Strickland was born on March 9, 1952 in Florida to the late James Howard Strickland and Maxine Adler Strickland.

Russell was an avid musician and loved to play blues guitar. He will also be remembered for being a history buff, having great knowledge for both World Wars. Russell was also part of a gem society, enjoying cutting and faceting stones.

Survivors include his daughter, Arwen Woods, of Maple Falls, WA; granddaughter Allyson Lulay, of Bellingham, WA; sister and brother-in-law, Patti and Jimmy Davis, of Demorest; nephews, James David Stakes, of Williston, ND and Daniel Josiah Stakes, of Lawrenceville.

Memorial Services will be announced at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the charity of one's choice.
