I worked with Russ. Sometimes we agreed and sometimes we didn't! But I could always depend on Russ' intelligence, kindness and good humor in all situations. The world needs more Russ Pratts. My thoughts are with his family.

My condolences to the Pratt family for the loss of your loved one. Russ and I met in December of 1999 in Arden Hills, MN as new PTC employees. It was a friendship from day one, and later we chose to be roommates on all PTC events when we had to share a room. I have so many found memories of Russ. He was an amazingly kind and very intelligent person. In a formal and informal settings, folks always paid close attention to what he had to say, almost like they were taking notes of his wisdom. He was proud of his children and what they'd achieved. Russ will be missed by many, and especially by me.
May God bring eternal peace to his spirit and bless all his loved ones through this difficult time. Amen.

Very sad to hear of Russ’s passing. We started out together at PTC in the same new hire cohort and from the onset he was the guy who brought that “something special” to our group. I have fond memories of spending time with Russ - a true gentleman and kind soul always willing to help no matter how busy he was. My condolences to Russ’s family - he made a positive impact on many people.

Russ was my manager at PTC for a few years we also worked on a some of the same projects. He was always happy, and his positive attitude was contagious.
It was clear that Russ loved his family dearly, he spoke of his wife and 2 daughters often (the girls were in their teens at the time). As a road warrior, he always looked forward to traveling home on Fridays so he could be with his family.
I always think of him when I wear western boots to work as this was his style – this I will continue to do and will always remember Russ. He wore his cowboy boots to the office every day, business or casual, suits or jeans.
He was a kind person and will be missed by many. I’ll be listening to his service with my boots on.
Rest in Peace RLP!

I'm sorry to hear about Russ's passing. It was always a pleasure to chat and work with him on calls and projects at PTC and he was one of the few that reached out to me and stayed in contact after I left the company. I hope he's at peace. He was one of the good ones!

Dear Robin & Family,
I am so sad to hear of Russ’ passing. He was one of kind and I know that’s not news to you! Russ was one of my favorite people at PTC! Brilliant. Wise (beyond the kind that intelligence measures - an old soul. Also kind, compassionate and completely invested in the next generation of engineers. Everytime I asked about you (all!), Russ would beam from ear to ear. His smile said it all. I understand your love for him and your pain in this moment. Know that you are all in my most precious thoughts and prayers as you find your way to a “new normal”!

My condolences to Russ's family. I first met Russ when I onboarded at PTC years ago in 2013. While I left PTC some time ago, he and I stayed in touch and kept each other abreast of our work dealings and our family updates. Now, I have come back to PTC and just touched base with him a few months back. My prayers and condolences go out to his family as he was a great all around person and he will be missed.

Russ and I worked at PTC. I was in sales where Russ and I worked on a major account in the Boston area. His team delivered a set of customization to the Customer. The customer approach me and said they got a lot of value out of those customization much better then his team could have done for the price point.
I made a lot of great memories with Russ and glad I have those to reflect back to. He was really fun to work with and a real good example providing great options to our customers.
My prayers are with family as they reflect back on Russ journey of life.
God be with you all,
Gary Hinkle
