Russell Xavier Alfred Miller (Russ) 54 passed away unexpectedly at home on December 25th 2019 in Lowville Ny. He is now reunited with his wife Jennifer Tarszowicz. Parents, Veronica (Roni) & Joseph Loudenslager, and father, Russell Miller Sr. Sisters, Gloria Loudenslager & Donna Loudenslager and brother Samuel Loudenslager. He is survived by his children, Russell Miller Jr., Felicia Poffenbarger, Jadalie & Deja’mea Miller. Significant other Alicia Babcock. His sisters & brothers, Brenda Parker, Tammy Sullivan, Teshia Miller, West Loudenslager Joseph (Tina) Loudenslager, Tammy Guthrie and Larry Loudenslager. Several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and grandchildren. Life long friends Kristen Angel Guy Luca Dominic Mike Junny Andre and many many more.

Russ was born and raised in Elmira Ny with lots of close family and friends. He was most definitely one if a kind ,very strong willed, and had a bit of a wild side. Russ was always on the go. His earlier years were spent enjoying life and working with dear friends at Ginos. Most importantly, he spent A majority of his time with friends and family. His children were forever his pride and joy. He loved unconditionally. Russ was extremely talented at fixing any and all things, he was an all time Steelers fan and also enjoyed watching and going to races. He Showed much enthusiasm for cars and electronics. He will forever be missed!!!
