Russ's obituary
He fought a short intense battle with COVID-19, and lost.
Russ loved his wife, his family, his Eagles family and God. He lived in Michigan until 2005, then moved to Arizona with Jan. They loved the weather and the life they made there together. He enjoyed music- both playing his guitar and singing, playing pool, and fishing.
He is survived by his wife, Jan; his children Heather (Hod) Hefer, Heath (Danielle) Marsman, step daughter Heidi Hodges; 10 grandchildren; mother Doris Marsman; brothers Merle, Craig, Timothy, and Daniel and sister Doloris Marsman. He was preceded in death by his father, Roger Marsman, brother Randy Marsman, stepson Jason Hodges, sister in law Darlene Benedict and brother in law Clyde Swiger.
