O met russell at a very messed up poont on my life.

He invited me over for breakfast.

He made me feel beautiful and like he valued me as a person.

I fell in love with him for the sweet strong .an that he was.

He asked me to marry him on 2020 we had been fighting his cancer for a few u years but it kept coming back.

I will always respect the man i loved, he was and will always be one of the strongest men ive ever known.

He had a heart as big as the sky, a resourcefullness that was amazing, and the world is a little smaller without him.

When you was first diagnosed, the doctor said less than 3% and a year and a 1/2. But he proved them wrong, and it was so much longer than that. And I think the Lord that we got that extra time. But he don't need it his eyes. So someone else could see, and that was a successful transplant. I will always be grateful for meeting Russell and the chance to know and love him. He truly was a great man.
