(RJ) Russell James Grant passed away May 27th , 2021 . He is the father of six. . Theresa, David , William, Colleen, Laura and Allison. His parents William and Elizabeth Grant and one sister Joann L. . RJ was diagnosed with cancer at 84 and was a winter Texan who resided in Lynn Valley Kansas. He was in Port Aransas Texas most of year to be near his family. His love for the water was his passion . Loved saltwater fishing, and the beach . My fondest memory is dad with all three girls on his back swimming us all to the second sandbar where we could walk around. Dad called all of his children once a week our entire lives. He was a jokester and always a had good advice to live by, He was an adventurer too! He went parasailing, and zip lining in the recent passed years . We were headed to key west to swim with the dolphins .He was loved by many on the island and will be greatly missed! Swim freely now dad with Theresa and Colleen .
