Rudy's obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Rudopho "Rudy" Jr., affectionately known as Rudy, who was called to his eternal rest on April 8, 2024. Born on March 24, 1984, Rudy etched his name in the hearts of all who knew him over the course of his forty-year journey.
In his professional life, he made a profound impact in the law enforcement community. Rudy began his career in 2017 with the Tarrant County Sheriff’s Office, where he served with honour and distinction. In 2024, Rudy took a new position at the Decatur Police Department, where he continued to protect and serve up until his untimely passing.
Rudy is survived by his loving mother, Christina Cruse, and his devoted sisters, Maria and Maria Theresa Arizola. They, along with everyone else whose lives were touched by Rudy, will carry his memory in their hearts forever.
Rudy's steadfast commitment to duty and his loving, jovial nature will always be an inspiration to us all. His absence has left an irreplaceable void, but his spirit lives on in the values he embodied and the lives he touched.
Rudy had an amazing, God given talent as a musician. Rudy found peace and comfort in writing and playing the guitar. Rudy wrote his own songs and often had jam sessions with his closest friends. Rudy touched many lives through his love for music.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made towards assisting with Rudy's funeral expenses. The details for the same can be found at https://everloved.com/life-of….
Let us remember Rudy not with sadness, but with gratitude for his life and his service, and for the privilege of having known such a remarkable individual. May he rest in peace, knowing he left the world a better place for his being in it.
