Rudolph Joseph ‘Joe’ Miller

Born on September 2nd 1951, passed away unexpectedly on October 28th 2025 in Largo, Florida. He was a proud veteran of the United States Marine Corps, loved traveling, golfing, playing darts and cooking.

He was a long time resident of Broome County, NY and had moved to Largo Florida where he was living until he passed away.

He retired from the United States Post office, and was proud of his career accomplishments.

He is survived by his children, grand children and two great grandchildren, his son Jason Miller, his wife Michelle and their children, Chelsea Armour-Miller, Anthony Miller and wife Rebecca (two great grandchildren children Jacob and Guinevere), Jordon and Logan Matthews, Arin and Jeanie miller; his daughter Teresa Miller, her partner Travis Payne, and her two children Eden and Ryan Babola.

He was predeceased by his father Carl Miller, his brothers Ronnie, Carl Jr, and Jerry miller, a sister Margaret and is survived by his Brother Jimmy Corulla.

There will not be a service, the family has decided to have a small, private gathering.
